After moving out of home at an early age, G. Ferretti took the basics of cooking he learned from his parents and incorporated them in his own manner in order to maintain sustenance.

Since 2007, he started doing private dinners in the US. Chef G moved to Hong Kong in 2010 where the food culture started to dominate every day of his life from hosting impromptu dinner parties and holiday Italian feasts.


He hosts several various menus such as Rustic Italian, Conventional Korean and Korean Italian Collab out of their sleek NYC loft style joint "GSpot".

He is unapologetic for his style of cooking especially in the vast world of fine dining that we now live in.  His belief is ol school traditions with a hint of new school techniques.  He emulates what he grew up with, familystyle cooking with an abundance of food and conversation.
